Waymo has launched in LA, but are riders still skittish?

The backstory:

Waymo this week launched its driverless taxis in Los Angeles.
The firm, which is owned by Google’s parent company, Alphabet, already operates in Phoenix and San Francisco.
Waymo plans to launch in Austin by the end of the year.
